Ingredients: Organic Cornstarch, Organic Maltodextrin, Organic Tomato Powder (Organic Tomato Concentrate, Organic Guar Gum), Organic Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Organic Basil, Organic Garlic, Organic Thyme, Silicon Dioxide, Organic Oregano, Organic Fennel, Organic Anise.
Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 3/4 cups water with one 6 oz. can of tomato paste.
2. Mix packet contents with water and tomato pasta in saucepan.
3. Heat on medium-high and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat and simmer until desired thickness is reached.
4. Add sauce to freshly prepared pasta.
Makes 4 servings.
Suggested Uses: Substitute 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water or 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes and 1/3 cup water in place of tomato paste and water.
Add tofu or cooked beef.
Add fresh bell peppers – red, green or yellow.
