| Ingredients: Organic Fair Trade Certified™ Cane Sugar, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Maple Sugar Granules, Organic Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Monocalcium Phosphate, Organic Cornstarch, Baking Soda. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease bottom of 8" or 9" cake pan. 2. Combine eggs (slightly beaten), water and pumpkin (approximately half a 15 oz can) in a mixing bowl. 3. Add contents of package. 4. Stir until mixture is evenly moist. 5. Pour into prepared cake pan. 6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until center tests done with a toothpick or knife. Do not under bake.
