Directions: Mix the goodies in this packet with 2 cups plain nonfat Greek Yogurt. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, then dig in. For an alternate recipe, substitute sour cream in the place of Greek yogurt.
Suggested Uses: Spinach Artichoke Dip Combine one packet of Simply Organic® Zesty Spinach Dip Mix with 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Greek® plain nonfat Yogurt, ½ cup parmesan cheese and ½ cup coarsely chopped artichoke hearts. Pour mixture into a greased 9” pie dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 25 – 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve with pita bread or bagel chips.
