Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Stir all ingredients together and spoon mixture into greased 9-inch pie dish. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

Serve with pita chips, crackers or slices of pita bread.

Pair with a hearty soup such as our Chicken Corn Chowder and make a meal.
