Besides being full of tangy flavor, tomatoes make a colorful and healthy addition to any dinner. These tomatoes are stuffed with cooked rice, cheese and Simply Organic Seafood Grilling Seasons for a zesty twist. Add diced vegetables or tofu for even more flavor.
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Simply Organic Seafood Seasoning
- 4 just-ripened tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Gently cut the core out of the tomatoes, making a cavity.
3. Mix rice, water, Seafood Seasoning and cheese together. Fill tomatoes with mixture and place in baking pan. Cook for 30 minutes or until rice and tomatoes are tender.
