This creamy, classic dish is an Italian staple. Simple, yet satisfyingly delicious, this lemon pepper fettuccini is prepared sans meat but can be served with sautéed scallops or shrimp.
- 1 teaspoon Simply Organic Lemon Pepper
- 1 package (16 ounces) fettuccini noodles
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Prepare noodles according to package directions.
At the same time, heat milk and cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat, just until it simmers. Whisk in sour cream, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, flour, and parmesan cheese. Heat, stirring, until creamy. Serve over prepared noodles.
