Fajita Seared Salmon

Searing is the term for cooking with high heat for a short amount of time. Salmon and other fish steaks are often prepared this way and served rare to medium rare -- so don't be alarmed if your fish is still pink in the center. Serve this fajita-seasoned fillet with a lemon wedge.
- 1 package Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
1. Heat sauté pan on high heat. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil and Simply Organic Fajita Seasoning Mix. Pour onto a plate. Lay salmon flesh side down on plate to coat salmon or use a butter knife to spread seasoning on salmon.
2. Carefully place salmon in pan, flesh side down, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, longer if you prefer salmon to be well done. Repeat with each fillet as space allows in pan.
