Our version takes this quintessential fall flavor to new heights with vanilla bean, cardamom and the unbeatable, pungent sweetness of Simply Organic cinnamon.
1.Peel, core and slice the apples. Place the apples in the crock of a slow cooker and top with vanilla bean seeds, cinnamon, cardamom and cider.
2. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft with just a few chunks remaining.
3. Garnish with toasted pecans.
