Chili Sweet Potato Fries

Sweet potato fries are crispy and flavorful on their own, but a kick of chili pepper makes them almost irresistible. These caramelized and crunchy fries are as easy as slice, season and bake — a perfect side dish.
- 1 pinch Simply Organic All-Seasons Salt
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon soy oil or olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoons chili pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Scrub and slice sweet potatoes into strips. Drizzle oil onto potatoes, tossing until lightly covered. Mix with hands if necessary. Sprinkle with seasoning salt and then with chili pepper.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until fries are caramelized and crunchy.
